I would like to see something between CoH 2 and the multiplayer alpha, but more towards the latter (bit more zoomed out than in). Or you guys correct me, but at least for me, I spend a long time with coh2 and I'm pretty comfortable with that game but jumping to recent alpha was a weird experience in camera regards. This isn't Steel Division or any other Wargames franchise game to play with icons but I don't think ppl asking for a little zoom-out have in mind that kind of zoom. If you can zoom out, you need to do it or you’re at a disvantage.I don’t want to play with icons.' being attacked by the unit (that isn't artillery or other long-range support) off-screen even with a max zoomed camera isn't charming at all, also. If this is the same then I can't tell why I feel that game is too zoomed and not comfortable to play.Īnd for argument 'seeing the units, the animation when the enemy throws a grenade is part of the game and the charm of CoH3.

I hope it's just for testing proposes because (weirdly enough) I feel pre-alpha multiplayer had a more comfortable zoom lvl.

I don't think zoom is because of technology limitations but rather a design decision.
